Position Description:

CGI is looking for a French IT Continuity Analyst to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• We’re seeking to complement and reinforce its existing teams in the areas of IT risk management, Cyber Security and the fight against digital fraud.
• Within IT Group, the client’s mission aims to structure, strengthen and harmonize IT risk management and cybersecurity for the overall client’s Group (approximately 30 entities) and:
o Defining the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities;
o Monitoring the security of the Group's information systems;
o Steering the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework.
• The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the security risk of financial sector, that leads the client to strengthen its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and Operation Resilience.
• You will be part of IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department In Portugal.
• You will play a key role to develop Portugal platform, ensuring core Cyber Security activities are performed by all the entities of the Group in compliance to the Group Cyber security and IT Risk framework enabling the adequate protection of the client.
• The selected candidate (He/She) is called upon to support the IT Continuity & Resilience Officer.
• The role of the IT Continuity & Resilience Officer (ICRO) is to standardize the entity’s IT Continuity & Resilience plans and exercises by promoting the end-to-end involvement of participants: Business IT, Production IT and Third Parties.
• French is mandatory for this position, interviews will be done in French.
Main Tasks:
• Managing and supervising the entity’s IT Continuity and Resilience;
• Maintaining a list of the entity’s critical IT assets by coordinating the maintenance of IT Asset classification by chasing IT asset managers and checking the consistency of IT asset classification and the appropriate recording in the Group IT Continuity tool (ServiceNow based);
• Implementing policies, the reference framework, methods, and tools at the entity to control IT Continuity and Resilience and Cyber Resilience risks;
• Coordinating the maintenance of IT continuity plans aiming to describe the recovery solution for the distinct DR scenario by supporting IT asset managers in the formalizing of IT Continuity plan. Checking the consistency of the plans and the appropriate recording in the Group IT Continuity tool (ServiceNow based);
• Coordinating the scheduling of IT continuity exercise aiming to demonstrate the effectivity and efficiency of the various recovery solutions by chasing IT asset managers. Checking the consistency of exercise scheduling and the appropriate recording in the Group tools in connection with the change management process (ServiceNow based);
• Gathering and controlling evidence of IT continuity exercise performed by chasing IT asset managers. Checking the consistency of exercise reports and the appropriate recording in the Group IT Continuity tool (ServiceNow based);
• Reporting on IT Continuity and Resilience;
• Producing and presenting performance indicators (KPI) to the ICRO about the deployment of IT Continuity and Resilience framework (IT asset classification, IT continuity plan review, exercise scheduling, exercise result, exercise report);
• Maintaining a good level of service to the ICRO by listening feedback and proposing improvement in the BAU processes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills:
• Good knowledge of SDLC, Project Management and IT Architecture
• Ability to understand data, IT systems and cyber security Risks, and apply knowledge of Security and Data management to regulations
• English (Mandatory)
• French (Mandatory)
Soft Skills:
• Ability to be autonomous, to enhance the assessment methodology, facilitate the work for the entities and for the team and anticipate request
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
