• Coordination of a Multi Functional Team (MFT) of internal stakeholders

• Development and validation of procurement strategies

• Preparation of the commercial part of tender documents

• Coordination of the technical part of the tender documents

• Analyze and challenge offers as well as negotiations with potential suppliers

• Preparation and coordination of an internal approval for awarding of an agreement

• Expertise and work experience in procurement

• German level C1 and English level C1

• Knowledge of SAP as well as of Ariba preferable

• French or Dutch language skills an advantage

• Willingness to travel (10%)
