Fleet Dispatcher (m/w/d) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

• Secure capacity for all finished vehicle transport needs to align withlogistics and delivery strategy Assign trucks
  
• Maintain working relationships with vehicle carriers, port operators and other logistics providers as required
  
• Check truck’s positions and ensure quick departure of all bookedtransport Optimize truckingcapacity
  
• Select the optimal carrier for the given journey to optimize for cost,speed, and reliability
•  Ensure all carriers are meeting the contracted servicelevel agreements and procurement guidelines are followed
• Provide visibility on the conditions in the logisticsmarket where you source capacity to ensure there are no mismatches insupply-demand
• Actively collaborate with our internal trucking fleetmanager, our Berlin outbound team and our central planning teams to ensurethere is close alignment of goals and a fast flow of information
• Closely coordinate with all delivery and operations teams to provide thehighest level of service
•  Act as first point of contact for internal teams that require information or updates aboutspecific shipments
• Regularly monitor all KPI’s and utilize them forproblem identification and problem solving
• Responsible for providing reliable ETA’s for allshipments you manage
• Ensure that Tesla internal IT programs are up to dateand provide input on how to improve the work flow
• Drive adoption of Tesla logistics tools for alldrivers and carriers
• Follow all safety and procedures and legalrequirements for a fully compliant logistic operation

• Good communication skills in the English language, other Europeanlanguages are a plus especially German
  
• Understanding of road transport rules and regulations (or is willing tolearn) Car transport background is a plus, but we are happy to teach you
  
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
