We are looking for a pro-active, self-driven and customer oriented
Field Service Engineer International (m/f/d)
with an electric/electronic background to strengthen our international team.
You will provide professional on-site and remote support to our customers in EMEA and worldwide for the electrical/electronic controls of our IS machine systems.
Aufgaben
- Electrical/electronic installations, maintenance and repairs on-site
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site or remote
- Assist customers to optimize the installed equipment
- Collaborate with our international service team
- Train our customers
- Build good customer relationships during service activities
- Co-operate with our interdisciplinary teams to further improve product quality and customer satisfaction
- Document service activities including detailed technical reports
Qualifikation
- Technical education in a relevant field
- Good network and computer skills (MS office tools)
- Excellent technical problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Language skills: Good spoken and written English
- Any other European language is an advantage
- Willingness for frequent international travel
