Front of House Excellence:
- Manage the reception area with a warm and professional demeanour
- Be the welcoming face for clients, guests, and employees by providing excellent customer care and aspire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Coordinate meetings and events to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Provide day-to-day liaison with the IT support (internal and external) to resolve IT issues such as supply and return of IT equipment, operation support of the AV technology in the meeting rooms, etc.
- Access control support and creation of guest and staff passes as of when needed
- Ensure any new communications are displayed within working areas
- Assist in organising company events and functions
- Order office supplies and liaise with couriers
- Work closely with the contractors regarding general office maintenance
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager when needed
- Annual leave cover support to the Office Manager
