ur Marketing team seeking an enthusiastic Event Manager (f/m/d) who will oversee Moss events activities from inception through analysing the events success. You will have a high level of impact and ownership in amplifying the Moss brand visibility, acquiring new customers and enhancing our client relations. You’ll be reporting directly into our VP of Growth Marketing and will collaborate closely with our Commercial and Customer Success teams.

Your responsibilities

Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

• Research - investigate new event formats, venues and concepts for acquiring new customers and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Conceptualization - conceptualise events and understand marketing and promotion techniques in order to develop an end-to-end event program. Monitor timeframes and budgets across different formats, i.e. webinars, CFO dinners, conferences or big fairs.
• Event project management - ensure events are completed smoothly from start to end, liaising and negotiating with vendors through dismantling events, and resolve any problems that might occur. .
• Stakeholder management - collaborate across teams and actively involve main stakeholders (commercial, partnerships, customer success) ongoingly to gain insights of requirements, target audience and objectives, to align on new event formats.
• Post-Event analytics - analyse the event’s success, gather and track ROI to consistently assess and implement opportunities for improvement.

About you

We think you’ll need the followingexperience and qualificationsto succeed in the role:

• 3-4 years of experience in Event Management & Marketing in a fast-growing start-up
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or equivalent field, or Event Management apprenticeship

In addition, here are theskills and attributeswe are looking for:

• Methodical and organised - you are adept at juggling multiple tasks at once, and you approach your work in a structured and efficient manner.
• Ownership - you proactively solve problems, and take responsibility for event decisions, actions and outcomes.
• Influential communicator - you are able to consult, engage and collaborate across all departments, at all levels. You speak convincingly and expertly and this enables you to win the necessary support to successfully plan and conduct events.
• Curiosity - you ask questions, explore possibilities and delve deep into the mind of your stakeholders, product and customer behaviour.
• Creativity - you constantly ideate new event formats, come up with suggestions and approaches in order to position Moss in the best way.
