Aufgaben
- Foster the double-digit growth journey of a B2B SaaS company across the DACH region reporting directly to the CEO
- Lead a team of 70 FTE across the functions sales, marketing, operations, and customer onboarding
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy to hit ambitious goals including a strong initiative for up and cross selling
- Oversee performance marketing efforts to deliver a targeted volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Identify, attract, hire, and retain best-in-class talent
Qualifikation
- Strong track record of leading B2B SaaS growth companies through 2x or 3x revenue growth to >€50 Mn annual revenue
- 7+ years experience in go-to-market, digitial marketing, and operations at B2B SaaS growth companies with focus on SMEs
- Business fluent in German and English
