Our client is a private equity backed B2B SaaS company targeting SMEs headquartered in Berlin. We are happy to share more details in a personal conversation, following a screening of your profile.

Aufgaben

  • Foster the double-digit growth journey of a B2B SaaS company across the DACH region reporting directly to the CEO
  • Lead a team of 70 FTE across the functions sales, marketing, operations, and customer onboarding
  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy to hit ambitious goals including a strong initiative for up and cross selling
  • Oversee performance marketing efforts to deliver a targeted volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Identify, attract, hire, and retain best-in-class talent

Qualifikation

  • Strong track record of leading B2B SaaS growth companies through 2x or 3x revenue growth to >€50 Mn annual revenue
  • 7+ years experience in go-to-market, digitial marketing, and operations at B2B SaaS growth companies with focus on SMEs
  • Business fluent in German and English
