Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in software sales for the Public Sector or similar.
  • Experience working with clients and C-level functions in the German healthcare provider sector or similar.
  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Experience with large complex commercial and legal negotiations working with procurement, legal, and business teams.
  • Experience promoting infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software and exceeding business goals.
  • Experience with technology sales, including promoting cloud computing solutions.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer’s technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Ability to leverage C-level relationships with C-level executives to promote software.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will leverage relationships with C-level executives, develop relationships, and act as a trusted business partner to understand unique company challenges and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build executive relationships with Public Sector customers, determine long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
  • Discuss and manage the business cycle, often presenting to C-level executives in Public Sector customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating or developing business growth opportunities, and partner with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to optimize business results.
  • Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plan, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
