Job Title:Enterprise Account Executive

 

Location: Remote within Germany

The Opportunity 

As an experienced Enterprise Account Executive you will join the Platform Sales team and be responsible for showcasing our data & intelligence and growth solution services to a wide global audience and acquiring various types of clients from SMB to Enterprise level. You will drive Tridge's revenue growth by delivering sales results and promoting the value of our services to find new growth opportunities. You will be able to see and measure the growth you will be taking part in achieving. 


What we trust you to do (What you will do)

  • Generate new leads and pitch growth solution services to potential Enterprise and SMB B2B clients using methods such as cold calling, emailing, and other outreach techniques
  • Conduct rigorous sales qualification processes, evaluating all opportunities based on criteria such as budget, decision-making authority, needs assessment, and timing
  • Onboard new business partners onto the Company's online platform service by effectively communicating the value proposition
  • Provide and prepare product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform service
  • Prepare and manage proposals and contracts, overseeing them through to the closing phase with clients
  • Collaborate with Tridge cross-functional stakeholders including data & intelligence, sales operations, and marketing, to support best practice initiatives throughout the business.
  • Execute contracts promptly to ensure timely payment and provision of contractual services
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collect and report customer feedback to enhance the service quality of the platform and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Network management to generate recurring revenues, cross-sell, and upsell to existing accounts


What you need to succeed (Main requirements)

  • 5+ years of B2B sales with successful track record of goal attainment. 
  • A BA/BS degree preferred
  • Background in SaaS or platform sales.
  • 5+ years of experience selling to senior management and/or "C level" personnel while executing high and impactful account activity
  • Native-level level German with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in relationship management
  • Possesses a high level of business acumen, coupled with creative thinking and effective presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on challenges to achieve personal and team objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities; capable of thinking creatively and independently, without requiring constant supervision.
  • Ability to respond promptly and effectively to meet team goals with a sense of urgency.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

 

Great to Haves (Other skills that could be transferable or relatable)

  • Established history of customer relationships within the retail Agro-Food industry, Financial, and Academic institutions.
  • Sales experience in DACH/or EU.
  • Several years of Business Consulting Management
  • Large Account Management experience
