In your new role you will:
- Develop, design and plan equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate worker productivity and recommends improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control/reductions.
- Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output and identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
- Establish accident prevention measures, and plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation.
- Ensure year-to-year productivity gain, scout, foster and control implementation of productivity projects at the manufacturing sites
- Lead Automation and Operating Team at Sites for Development and Implementation of Standardized Automation Soft- and Hardware and Implementation of Optimized Working Procedures for Non-automated Areas.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Limited working knowledge and experience involving basic concepts and procedures in own discipline
- 3-5 years experience
- Relevant vocational training (3+ years) and extensive subject-specific additional qualification
- Relevant completed study with a duration of 4 years and additional qualification or by a relevant completed study (+4 years)
