Implementation Engineer (m/f/d)

Implementation of our software solutions, including installation, configuration, and integration with 3rd party systems (Laboratory Information Systems) Develop and maintain implementation plans, project timelines and documentation together with our Customer Success Managers Provide technical support and assistance to clients throughout the implementation process Provide technical 3rd level support of our software solutions Contributing to the design and optimization of support processes

Minimum two years of experience in a similar role A customer-centric mindset and desire to work directly with B2B customers Experience with MS SQL Server is a must Prior knowledge of HL7 API connectivity is a plus Very good communication skills Structured and transparent way of working Hands-on and strong in problem solving through solution-oriented mentality Highly motivated to get things done Must be fluent in English and in German. French, Italian, Spanish is a strong plus Willingness to travel to international customer sites (<10%)
