Key Resposibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business requirements and providing exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise and guidance on gas turbine products, applications, and solutions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and contract terms, tailored to meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and manage contract execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Explore opportunities for market expansion and diversification, identifying new sectors and industries where gas turbine solutions can be applied.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and provide forecasts and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the energy or industrial sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of gas and steam turbine technology and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
