Dutch-Speaking Client Relations Specialist (Mwd)

Among other projects, the five companies and law firms of the Goldenstein Group help more than 100,000 consumers to enforce compensation claims, support international companies in their day-to-day legal business and develop (legal) software solutions to optimize internal processes. • Promptly respond to client inquiries and initiate outbound calls to establish contact.
• Educate clients about the recovery process, legal options, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.
• Collaborate closely with legal professionals and internal teams to ensure smooth case progress.
• Address client questions, concerns, and updates throughout the claim procedure.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the claim procedures, including from the point of view of the clients’ experience.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a legal or financial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English or German.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and bond with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and/or projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and good teamwork skills.
