Your mission

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Distribution Account Manager in Switzerland!

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

  • You'll carry out account development, relationship management and new customer lead generation.
  • You'll build lasting relationships with installers and distributors while keeping client knowledge up-to-date.
  • You'll create value propositions based on customer insights and review them with the Distribution Manager.
  • You'll participate in renewable energy industry conferences and tradeshows across Europe.
  • You'll respond to and follow up on sales and information enquiries by phone and email.
  • You'll perform necessary operational tasks (e.g. quote entry, tracking, performance and deadlines).
  • You'll maintain a high level of accuracy of customer data on our CRM.
  • You'll raise or escalate topics that could cause damage to the business continuity.
  • You'll investigate over dues payments when requested and take adequate action to solve it.

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in Switzerland?

What will you need to be successful?

  • Fluency in both English and French or German
  • Degree in electrical engineering or vocational qualifications in electricity
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment

What can make you an ideal candidate?

  • 2 years of experience in a commercial role within the renewable energy industry
  • Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
