THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced leader and member of the management team. In this role, you will directly report to the CFO.

You will be responsible for running and developing our transactional Finance Operations worldwide with the help of the local and group finance teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Oversee our daily operational finance activities including accounting, external reporting, intercompany charging, tax filings and treasury and provide guidance to your teams wherever needed
  • Determine and continuously refine our operating model for running our transactional Finance Operations across the entire group
  • Develop and scale our financial operations as we fast-grow our business
  • Enable our entry into new markets and establish the required financial support
  • Continuously strive for, explore and successfully implement innovations for running an efficient and quality-oriented financial organization
  • Select, contract and manage the appropriate financial partners such as accounting firms, auditors and tax advisors
  • Manage our financial group reporting under IFRS
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing and tax regulations
  • Ensure appropriate financing of our entities’ operations
  • Shape our banking landscape and optimize our treasury activities
  • Together with your team, you will support our monthly management reporting as well as our financial planning and forecasting activities

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

You are someone with integrity, great business acumen and a passion for our technology. You have strong interpersonal skills of an outstanding people leader to successfully lead a global team.

  • Proven track record in building and leading Finance teams over multiple locations
  • Deep expertise in all relevant areas or responsibilities, in particular in IFRS, transfer pricing, international tax and treasury best practices
  • Relevant academic background
  • Successful track record of at least 10 years of management experience
  • Great coaching, moderation, presentation, and intercultural management skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive proven by identifying and building new teams, tools, processes, and practices that are enabling our business
  • A strong drive to understand our business and technology beyond Finance
  • The willingness to be a member of our management team with responsibility for the success of the whole company
  • Fluency in German and English
