The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. The team has played an active role in some of Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions. For example, they were integral in its well-publicized transition to cloud, and its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing. Today, Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide. Adobe gives creatives everything they need to design amazing new content, enable global enterprises in their digital transformation and create experience businesses. This strategy has translated into exceptional financial performance and stock price appreciation even within the Tech sector.

As a Director, you will have the unique opportunity to establish the Adobe Corporate Strategy team’s presence in the region, manage a successful team and drive initiatives to hack Adobe’s long-term growth in Emerging markets. You will join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from top management consulting firms and professionals in digital media and marketing. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of multiple project teams and maintaining the relationship with several top executives across the company. This position provides substantial senior executive exposure and is often the avenue to unique operational and general management roles at Adobe.

What you need to succeed

• A total of 18 years of experience and 10+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change
• 4+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman). This experience must include overseeing complex strategy projects
• Project/case experience in Consumer Tech or Enterprise SaaS, i.e., demonstrated understanding of the software industry, digital marketing, or digital media highly desired
• Industry experience in Technology preferred but not required, e.g., 2+ years of experience in a Senior role at a Major Tech Company (e.g., Google, Meta, PayTM, TCS, Infosys, Paytm, OLA, Meesho, CRED)
• Top-tier Undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives
• Creative problem solver with a bias for action
• Relentless but collaborative – ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross-functional teams
