Was erwartet dich?
- Engage in end-to-end project management activities
- Lead the implementation of innovative digital business models within different industries, markets and contexts
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Digital projects, IT architecture and software development lifecycle
- Coordinate internal project teams as well as external partners
- Scope project requirements, develop time planning and monitor progress, ensuring deliveries on time and up to quality standards
- Drive and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis over delivery of strategic recommendations to support top management decision making
- Gather, analyze and present project results to key stakeholders and moderate internal and external workshops
- Highlight potential risks and bottlenecks and act proactively to resolve issues
- Have the chance to take responsibility for exciting and demanding projects and to actively help shape them in an international and entrepreneurial environment
Was solltest du mitbringen?
- You have completed your business or engineering/technical studies with above-average success.
- You have (many years of) experience in project management and/or strategy and management consulting, in the context of innovation and digital transformation, and are passionate about technology, innovation and strategy.
- You have a strong technical background.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and a strong client orientation.
- You have gained initial leadership experience and are familiar with conducting workshops and coaching sessions
- You are familiar with Agile project management principles and tools (e.g. JIRA)
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication skills in English (is a must) and German (preferably).
