Form der Arbeit Amazon is seeking a curious, high-judgment, and self-motivated marketer to join the Operations Internal Communications team in Europe. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support project management, production, and publishing of email, web, and digital communications to Amazon Operations employees across owned internal channels. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-obsessed, and detail-driven. To be successful, you should be able to manage multiple projects, manage channels production according to defined timelines and templates, and own ongoing tasks related to Operations projects or campaigns. A track record of on-time delivery of projects coupled with the ability to operate independently and autonomously are key to the success of this role.
Key job responsibilities
• Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of local and global communications for internal communication channels.
• Provide project management and production support for daily and weekly communications
• Maintain and build distribution lists
• Own daily administrative tasks associated with owned channels and team processes
• Develop and distribute templates and materials on owned internal channels
• Provide on-call support as needed for distribution of urgent communications and issues on owned internal channels
