Our local product group Insulation & Components is the technology leader in design and manufacture of high voltage transformer bushings. All renowned international companies of the electrical industry, active in power generation, transmission and distribution are among our customers. We have a top position in the high voltage bushing areas worldwide.

Your responsibility

• You design high-voltage bushings, which are manufactured on site and delivered to customers worldwide.

• You will create and maintain parts lists and material master data in SAP

• You apply the correct dimensional, shape and position tolerances in detailed drawings

• You optimize parts and designs to make our products more competitive and reduce costs

• You provide suggestions and solutions to continuously improve processes and increase quality

• You take on smaller projects for the development of tools for our production

Your background

• Successfully completed training as an EFZ design engineer (vocational training/apprenticeship)

• You have initial professional experience as a design engineer

• Sound knowledge of 3D design and user knowledge of 3D CAD (Creo an advantage)

• Reliable and independent personality with a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility

• You are interested in further training within the specialist field

• Good written and spoken German, English is also an advantage
