Aufgaben

• Documentation and installation, operation, maintenance of MS SQL and Oracle databases
• 1st to 3rd level support of the databases
• Patching, monitoring and implementing automation processes for the databases
• Organization of internal maintenance work, as well as external customers if required

Anforderungen

• Successfully completed training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
• Experience in working with MS SQL and Oracle Database Servers
• Experience with on-premise and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of installation, administration, maintenance, backup and disaster recovery for database systems
• Experience in the maintenance of PaaS and server-based applications
• Knowledge of the operation of hypervisor systems (VMware, Nutanix, Azure, GCP) is an advantage
