Data Product Manager - (M/W/D) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap for data and AI (ML, DL, NLP) products, striking a balance between new feature development, technology enhancements, and operational excellence efforts during prioritization
• Translate business requirements into user journeys that resonate with stakeholders and the data engineering team, and establish and track a set of KPIs to measure product performance and business impact, integrating them into the prioritization process
• Monitor and report on development progress, identifying and managing risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with data engineering, machine learning, software engineering teams and business stakeholders to maximize the business value delivered
• Ensure future scalability of Data Products and facilitate team adoption of scalable practices
• Maintain the quality of Data Product deliverables, meeting functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide support, learning resources, and enablement for Data Products, business stakeholders, and users

• Experience in, or knowledge of, data product management
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and embrace change
• Proficiency in industry-standard collaboration tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with peers and stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in a manufacturing or operations-intensive environment is highly advantageous
• Prior experience as a hands-on data/ML engineer and proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL is highly advantageous
