Our client is one of the big car rental enterprises. In order to efficiently run the Damage Department we are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) with either Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish language skills.
What will I be doing as a Customer Service rep in the car rental Damage Departments? Typical questions that arise are:
- I have been involved in an accident, what shall I do?
- Damage has been noted, when will I be contacted?
- What are the opening hours of the claims department?
- I have an issue with my rental car, whom do I have to contact?
- Can I repair my rental vehicle?
- Will I be charged any fees?
The ideal candidate:
- service oriented

- PC literate
