Responsible for effective execution of retention and renewal activities that will contribute to achieving target Renewal premiums

Responsible for effective execution of Customer Retention Program and In-force Management activities. He is expected to provide end to end customer servicing using different communication channels such as Voice, Email and Chat:

  • Rebuild and maintain relationship with direct and in-force clients
  • Provide Customer Servicing related to inquiries, policy changes, billing, and payments
  • Gather voice of customer during the call
  • Educate customers in the different self-service tools of AXA

Attend to customer’s queries on policy (plan specifics and after sales)

Provides recommendation and solutions to complicated scenarios

Take escalated calls for ownership and resolution of soft complaints


Your Profile

Qualification/s

College graduate

Any 4-year course, preferably a Business Degree

Minimum of 2year experience in a Customer Service function –life insurance particularly retention

Exposure in the Banking/Insurance Industry is a plus

Has experience using multiple/non-traditional channels in customer servicing (chat, new media)
