Job Id 7918 Unternehmen UniCredit S.p.A Division Group Client Solutions Funktionsbereich Investment Banking Products Land Italien Kontakt CS P&C team Jobniveau Working Students, Interns & others Vertragsart Internship Arbeitszeitmodell Vollzeit The IG Financing Solutions team – part of Unicredit’s Client Solutions team within the Advisory and Financing Solutions - offers Unicredit’s Corporate Clients the best-in-class solutions and capabilities in structuring and assessing complex financing transactions, providing lending, debt advisory services and bond issues to top-notch industrial clients across multiple sectors and geographies. IG Financing Solutions is the result of the combination of the Corporate Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets businesses, covering both Investment Grade corporates as well as Bank and Insurance bond issuers and loan borrowers in Italy. The group works closely together with Relationship Managers, M&A and other product specialists within the UniCredit network advising on a wide range of funding opportunities in the Capital Markets. You will be joining a highly skilled team who will be training and guiding you and as such, you will be seen as a full member of the team.

What you’ll be doing

As an intern you will support the senior staff in originating and structuring complex financial transactions covering key UniCredit clients in Italy. The job will among other things comprise the following aspects: • Assess the historical financial performance of corporates, conducting financial analysis • Assess Industries performance (i.e. peers analysis and industry trends) • Review and assess business plans prepared by companies • Build and manage financial models based on underlying drivers and market assumptions • Draft credit application documents • Draft pitch books and marketing material • Work in conjunction with other product teams involved in the transaction • Liaise with other key Unicredit stakeholders to identify opportunities, enhance internal cooperation and to maximize client cross-buy (e.g. relationship managers, DCM, Loan Syndicate, Advisory, research, Client Solutions Group)

What you’ll need to succeed

• Demonstrable affinity with Corporate Finance • Well-rounded academic background with coursework in AFC, Finance and / or economics preferred • Good experience in the area of financial analysis: very solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement (historical/projected) and key financial and credit metrics • Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) as experienced user • Fluent in English and Italian • Excellent (English) writing and verbal communication skills • Ability to plan own workload and to work flexibly with uneven workflows and to strict deadlines without missing details
