CRO Manager - Conversion Rate Optimization (m/f/x)
from now onThings you will work on
- Be part of our transformation: develop competitive CRO roadmaps to maximize conversion rates throughout the entire conversion funnel
- Discover new hypotheses: continuously develop new testing hypotheses within our existing processes to increase conversion rates
- Lead Experiments: design and prioritize test concepts based on analytical hypotheses and conduct multiple tests at the same time. Implement quality tests and keep track on results
- Teamwork: work closely with the Product & Engineering, Paid Marketing and SEO departments and together create and test high-performance landing pages, lead forms and communication channels
- Empower: develop key stakeholders and channel owners into performance-oriented CRO experts
- Share: documentation of test results, creation of reports and presentation of important results and clear recommendations to all relevant steakholders

Your profile
- A successfully completed university degree with a focus on (business) computer science, statistics, communication design, UX, marketing, psychology, e-commerce or a equivalent qualification
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a conversion rate optimizer
- A good understanding of e-commerce and online marketing principles is preferred
- Excellent working skills in common CMS tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely
- Profound experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience in user research and ability to analyze and identify customer needs
- Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Strong KPI drive and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment
