BAT GERMANY IS LOOKING FOR A CRM JUNIOR MANAGER (m/f/d)

SENIORITY LEVEL:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

  • As a CRM Junior Manager, you will collaborate internally with different teams such as the Area Digital Experience, Consumer Experience, and the Distribution Team. You will also engage with some external stakeholders like the Technical Agency and the E-commerce Warehouse. You will be developing and implementing a CRM Marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement, create cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and leverage the CRM Marketing Platform to deliver personalised and targeted customer communication

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Implement the CRM plans according to digital strategy with focus on: customer journeys, mechanics, communication and automation through a single- & multicategory (multi brand) approach
  • Work together with research & data science department to refine segmentation and targeting for customer communications & prepare campaign audience data for extraction
  • Build digital assets (email, SMS, and cloud pages), journey workflows and automations in Salesforce Marketing cloud and suggest refinements and improvements to the journey both in terms of the scripts and assets, as required
  • Prepare campaign performance tracking and customer journey workflow documentations
  • Coordinate and consolidate business units’ feedback and review comments and incorporate improvements both in the digital assets (email and SMS) and reporting metrics
  • Explore new techniques and best practices from the market to improve existing communication journey, flow of information and automations & data base sustainability, wherever applicable
  • Support the team in boosting customers reach for marketing programmes and contacts’ penetration via building 360° campaigns
  • Presenting projects in front of different stakeholders

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Marketing & first experience in CRM positions OR commercial education & at least 2 years of work experience in a digital driven job with main focus on CRM
  • Technical understanding (esp. of Salesforce, Hubspot & Magento), ideally Salesforce license or related digital marketing automation platforms
  • Consumer centric and commercial mindset: Understanding of consumer interests, consumer purchase decisions and motivation
  • Exposure to reporting dashboard suites like power BI or similar platforms
  • Affinity for new media and technical innovations with a curiosity for new digital trends
  • Project management skills & ability to drive and execute cross-functional projects
  • Flexibility and intrinsic motivation to push projects forward autonomously
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, having the ability to manage several stakeholders simultaneously
  • Thinking outside the established ways of working to solve challenges (‘Can-Do Mindset’)
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in German & English
