We’re looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist to:
• Process and manage Corporate Actions
• Manage income processing & claims management
• Work with global clients, banks, but also Wealth Management clients
• Support the Securities & Financing Lending Business in UBS Switzerland AG, a market leader in the field and work directly and closely with the trading desk
• Run a number of control process and reconcile positions in securities & Cash
• drive digital innovation, we are looking to constantly improve, automate & simplify our end-to-end process. Learn new digital tools and use them in your day-to-day process

Your team

You’ll be working for the Securities Financing & Lending Corporate Actions team in Investment Banking Operations which is based in Opfikon. We are responsible for processing, managing and booking of Corporate Actions. We are working with multiple international clients and we aspire to best in class service.
You would join a dynamic & diverse Team that are experts and problem solvers and have a high spirit and a can-do mentality.

Your expertise

• 1-3 years of experience in securities Corporate actions or securities Lending business expertise
• able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
• interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology
• Independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under high pressure, with the ability to multitask due to monitoring and addressing multiple tasks and issues concurrently
• Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent
• Basic programming skills in VBA and SQL or any other programming languages is an advantage
