As of the next possible date, we are looking for a: Corporate Accounting Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks: Controlling and reporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures Consolidated reporting of financial result to the shareholder of Mitsubishi corporation in Tokyo (by IFRS) Coordination and controlling of budget processes Active participation and approval in the payment process Responsible for answering fundamental accounting and tax questions, special issues and ad hoc enquiries from management, relevant colleagues and business partners. Taking an initiative role for coordination and optimization of internal financial statement preparation processes and further development of analysis and digitalization processes Proactive advice and support for trading operations from tax perspective Controlling direct tax issues, including, but not limited to, coordination of local file preparation for the transfer pricing documentation Controlling of VAT compliance for 17 European countries together with the company's tax advisors Active participation in the preparation of the corporate income tax and trade tax declaration Coordination and support of tax audits together with the company's tax advisors Your profile: Certified accountant, degree in economics or business administration or similar with a focus on accounting or taxation Approximately 5 years of professional experience in the field of accounting or taxation, preferably in an international operating company Very good knowledge of HGB. Good knowledge of IFRS preferred Profund SAP and Excel skills Good Knowledge of direct tax and indirect tax.
