Your future role.

• In your role, you will manage the global systems business commercially and create sustainable financial value-add for the company
• You responsibility for ongoing financial reporting / cash management and inform all involved internal and external stakeholders about relevant key figures for the division, projects and regions
• You create the global P&L of the segment for plan, actual & FC and also provide transparency for the management
• Through targeted communication and data preparation, you provide management with valuable insights as part of the monthly rolling forecast
• Together with the technical counterpart, you ensure financial clarity about the order/quotation pipeline and booked orders
• You support sales for the business unit through global SG&A controlling of the regions
• You work agilely when preparing offers and ensure that new projects meet financial requirements
• In addition, you manage the processes for larger offers, decide on the categorization according to PM@Siemens and present the results to the BU/senior management
• For selected quotations, you will draw up the contracts together with the team and help the organization to correctly assess and manage the risks

Your profile.

• You have successfully completed a commercial degree and have many years of relevant experience in P&L Controlling, Reporting & Management, with overlaps with sales and international project management
• You can derive the necessary action fields from the P&L and the KPIs of the store and implement them in measures
• You have experience in business partnering and you understand how to analyze contracts and negotiate orders
• Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in the areas of PM@Siemens and have had contact with the Verticals Oil&Gas or Metals
• You have experience as a manager and understand how to motivate and develop a team
• Your way of working is structured, analytical and with a strong affinity for numbers
• You have a strong intrinsic motivation and are a team player who is able to effectively drive and implement topics in an international environment
• Ideally, you have been able to gain experience abroad
• You have business fluent German and English skills
