THIS IS THE JOB
- You are responsible for project management support within the framework of program management
- You are in charge of project planning, reporting as well as time management
- You take over risk assessment and budget control
- You are responsible for the integration and analysis of cost, resource and quality data
- You are accountable for the standardization of existing as well as new methods and processes
- You create presentations as well as information and communication documents
- You are responsible for progress monitoring
- You are in charge of project milestones as well as the achievement of objectives
- You create weekly reports for our customers and management
THIS IS WHAT WE NEED
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years project / portfolio management experience on aerospace projects
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Project, Visio
- Knowledge of portfolio management tools (UP-3P, Planview, etc.)
- Provide support for management of the technology portfolio:
- Support in creating and maintaining effective technology project visibility and governance, including scope, schedule, costs, resources and risk management
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring portfolio / project progress and for interventions and problem solving with technology project leaders
- Support in establishing and maintaining detailed harmonized technical plans, across technology portfolio
- Coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between projects and technology management team. Coordinate teams to ensure portfolio / project milestones are achieved on time
- Support technology roadmap development
- Provide technical and project management support to technology / technology demonstrator projects (support technology projects either in a technical role or a management role for tracking and reporting, attend technical reviews, write minutes, maintain action registers, etc.)
- Know-how of agile methods such as Scrum is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
- Knowledge in Spanish and / or French is an advantage
