Partner with the best You will work cross functionally with product line, Engineering in developing and maintaining the framework for spares recommendation required for routine maintenance, project commissioning, critical dimensions for repair/replace decisions as well as consolidating all the available product upgrades for Consolidated product line.

As Consolidated Parts CoE Leader you will :

Develop framework for repair/replace/retrofit/upgrade decisions. Develop framework for routine turnarounds spares recommendation. Ensure critical information are implemented in asset management tool to support field operations. Maintain IOM recommended spares by incorporating periodic reviews & feedback from field operations. Drive SPIR standardization and utilization Full ownership and driving the spare parts agreements growth initiatives with major customers in coordination with regional leaders. Achieve spare parts agreements target per region working closely with Region Sales leaders. Liaise with AMC’s materials leaders to maintain level of inventory of runners/repeaters parts. Consolidate all product upgrades related to the CN product line working closely with product manager and engineering. Run routine campaigns within field operations to drive adoptions of upgrades. Work closely with digital council to ensure spares framework is on a platform that allows ease of navigation and maintenance (Valvcentral) Align key functions to generate on programs including material planning, sourcing, product line, sales, and commercial. Work with sales and region teams to develop and implement aftermarket and channel strategies to support AFM/Parts growth. Work with marketing and communications to develop materials, programs, and support for growth. Develop model for inventory recommendation list to channel partners. Work with AMC’s materials leaders to drive the SMI spares reduction. Work with projects sales to have clear understanding of SPIR volume and timelines. Liaise with services leader to drive services spares generation by services team Run routine campaigns with regional team to show the advantages and risks of using non-OEM parts. To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 10 years of overall industrial experience). Having experience in Pressure Safety-Relief Valves, Control Valve Or Mechanical On-off valves. Having experience in Application Engineering or Technical Support is an added advantage. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
