Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Management, and People Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for our 9th team member in our People & Culture team to support our Talon.One community gatherings and related activities as a Community Manager. We’d love to talk to professionals who are self-driven, innovative and well-organized, so that they can actively drive our workplace and community strategy.
We would expect you to foster and cultivate relationships within the community through different initiatives, including online and in-person activities, while compelling brand adequate content in collaboration with our Marketing team.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Previous experience in a similar Workplace or Community manager role
- Previous experience in creating concept of nudges, influencing an amazing employee workplace experience
- Previous experience in organizing events from idea to creation and completion
- Experience in close collaboration with IT teams and equipment matter
- Creative thinking, with the ability to develop engaging content and initiatives
- Previous experience with being involved in different employer branding initiatives
- Ability and strong will to connect with team members worldwide, in order to implement different community initiatives globally
