To complement Gusti Leders team at their location in Berlin we are currently looking for a CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) (m/f/d).
Aufgaben
- You take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of all team members in marketing and work closely with the CEO
- You plan and implement a target-group-oriented marketing strategy
- You conceptualize and coordinate cross-media campaigns (social media, newsletters, mailings)
- Primarily, you drive the social media sector, especially on Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok
- You approve both German and English content and refine them as needed
- You analyze the formats based on KPIs to further develop them in a performance-oriented manner
- You are responsible for budget planning and control for all advertising measures in your area
Qualifikation
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing
- You work self-organized and diligently, enjoying challenging tasks and complex situations
- You have an affinity for social media and possess professional experience in online communication
- You are familiar with the platforms of Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok
- Handling Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ad Manager is second nature to you
- You have no issue speaking English on a daily basis
- You are eager to develop personally and you are not afraid to think big and proactively contribute ideas that surpass the communicated expectations
