The Cloud Broker department mandate is to lead and secure the integration of AXA GO cloud products in the local context of AXA business entities. The team plays a key role located between AXA Entities that need to understand, adopt, and operate AXA GO Products on one side. And on the other side, Cloud Products teams that design and provide those solutions. 

The Cloud Broker mandate covers the following activities: 
    Partner with and Advice AXA entities as the Key point of contact to select the relevant cloud solutions to answer their needs. 
    Provide expertise to support AXA entities’ cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS accounts and subscriptions management, DevOps & CICD pipelines) 
    Integrate AXA cloud products in the local entities’ context, performing “end to end” products’ technical onboarding, managing the organization and financial impacts. 
    Provide consultancy and project support to AXA entities for delivering their business projects. 
    Create value to support the delivery of ATLAS program 2022-25
    Ensure the adequate governance with AXA entities to measure, optimize and bill the cloud consumption (FinOps) in collaboration with the Cloud Business Office

This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in Cloud delivery performed by the Cloud Broker Team for the AXA Group.

The function will be integrated in the AXA GO IT Cloud Broker Fr team, working closely with the local and global teams. The person will report to the head of Cloud Broker FR


Your Profile
  • As a public Cloud Proximity Manager, the role of the candidate will consist on:
  • -        Managing a team of 10 people of Cloud experts (AWS, Azure, OpenPaaS & MPI) and technical project managers
  • -        Managing the proximity with 18 entities and follow their Cloud program portfolio
  • -        Ensuring the delivery of Entities Business Project into the Cloud in OTOBOS
  • -        Ensuring the delivery of the migration of their servers into the Cloud (Atlas program)
  • -        Delivering with high QOS and help entities to manage global incident
  • -        Training, coaching and supporting team members
  • -        Ensuring high level of understanding on Cloud product and give advice to the entities
  • -        Supporting audit remediation and security follow up
  • -        Contributing CI/CD approach with entities
  • -        Following the product / feature roadmap of Global teams and influence them with the entities need.
  • -        Manage FinOps factory and participate to the FinOps governance with entities
  • -        Helping entities to follow their cloud budget and follow optimization
  •        Ensuring Entity onboarding at strategic (helping CIOs on their Cloud roadmap) and operational level (Tenant, network, subscription) to support the entity cloud migrations

  • Technical skills:

Must Have:

- Good knowledge on Azure PaaS, Azure IaaS, OpenShift  and AWS.

- Knowledge of security principles applied to Cloud environments

- Knowledge of Architecture principles of Cloud environments

- Good knowledge of and Application engineering principles, DevOps/CICD
