Tasks

As a Client Engagement Manager at Roger, you will:

  • Strategically Manage Accounts: Develop and implement account strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You're the primary liaison for our key clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled support and engagement with Roger.
  • Ensure Customer Onboarding and Success: Facilitate the integration of new customers by setting clear goals and providing comprehensive training, maximizing their benefits from our software.
  • Bridge Feedback and Innovation: Channel customer insights back to our technical team, driving product enhancements and ensuring Roger meets and exceeds market needs.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, deepening our relationships with existing accounts and contributing to our revenue growth.
  • Elevate Customer Satisfaction: Craft and execute initiatives aimed at boosting customer loyalty and satisfaction, showcasing the value Roger brings to their practices.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the operations of dental practices or clinics is beneficial, demonstrating an understanding of our clients' environment. However, this knowledge is not a prerequisite, as we value diverse experiences and perspectives that can contribute to our innovative approach.
