Chief Financial Officer (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for investor relations and legal issues.
- You independently manage financing and M&A projects as well as related due diligences.
- As an internal consultant and sparring partner, you identify new revenue channels and develop and evaluate strategic options from a commercial perspective.
- The management of the annual financial statements, the accounting as well as the reporting and planning such as monthly forecasts, annual plans, target/actual analyses, cash-flow planning, etc. are your daily businesses.
- HR (recruiting, development, strategy and salary & wages) is also in your hands.
Your profile:
- You have professional experience in high-growth, investor-financed companies in the digital industry as CFO or in a comparable position.
- You have a proven track record in company growth and fundraising.
- You have solid experience and knowledge in the digital sector, especially with online and ecommerce business models and their data worlds.
- You also have an understanding of online/performance marketing KPIs and technical processes.
- You are a skilled negotiator and bring a passion and enthusiasm for organisation, processes, data and KPIs.
- In addition to German, you are fluent in English.
