What do you contribute?
- In your new and challenging role, you will be responsible for project change control and opportunity management together with PM / CPM.
- You will monitor and actively manage and mitigate project risks and opportunities, internal and external.
- Also, you will support projects as part of special operations (task force) and will support the project-teams in seeking new opportunities.
- You will identify deviations in the services considering the conditions contractually provided.
- Furthermore, you will record, verify and bill additional and supplementary services to existing contracts.
- You will interface an additional function to contract management and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Next to this, you will proactively develop change management by optimizing processes and procedures to ensure a consistent approach across our project portfolio as part of a global community of experts.
What do you bring along?
- You bring a completed technical or commercial bachelor’s degree.
- Also, you do have long-term professional experience in project/contract management of (international) infrastructure projects (preferably railway signaling), including risk and change management.
- In addition, experience in negotiating and/or reviewing contracts and ability not only to understand complex contract language, but also to interpretate and explain the contractual T&Cs to the team members is required.
- You are experienced in costing, providing evidence when billing additional and supplementary services and negotiating these supplements in projects.
- Furthermore, you bring in knowledge of scheduling and deadline monitoring as well as a very good understanding of and experience in dealing with project contracts and supplier contracts.
- Next to this, you are a strong communicator with excellent written and oral communications skills. English is mandatory + additional languages would be a plus.
- Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel (approx. 30%) round off your profile.
