A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Leading Cell/Table teamwork process, as assigned by team Supervisor and performing a variety of tasks in production assembly operations.
• Prioritizing workload of operators according to planning schedule and making continuity checks on work in process and completion.
• Communicating process issues and providing status updates to team Supervisor and coaching operators on manufacturing processes and assessing training needs of the team and set training plan.
• Ensuring Medtronic company quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Training, delegating, and reviewing the work of employees and responsible for leading daily operations of a work team.
• Encouraging and facilitating beneficial resolution of issues across the department, effectively mediates conflict to promote a friendly climate, good morale, and team cohesiveness.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the Medical device industry
• Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution
• Advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through broad work experience and/or education
• Ability to work in Shifts (approx. hours): Monday to Friday, 05:45 to 14:15 / Monday to Friday 14:45 to 23:15
• Knowledge in problem solving skills and commitment to continues improvement

Nice to Have
• IT proficient (knowledge of SAP an advantage)
