G+D is looking for a Business Owner – Digital Payments (m/f/d) for its Offerings and Global Accounts department in its Payment Technology business .The Business Owner plays a crucial role in shaping G+D Payment Technology's future via actionable insights on markets, trends and B2B Sales in the payment cards & Digital Payments industry.

Your requirements

• Identify client needs and turn market relevant problems into innovative products or digital solutions
• Promote Innovation and actively gain field data / insights (Voice of Customer) on any market relevant to ongoing Innovation projects. Global role with particular focus on German speaking markets
• Responsible for applying the Innovation & Go To Market process: Make sure to gather all the necessary inputs to take a NO/GO decision
• Owner of the Innovation & Go To Market process: Make sure all necessary elements are ready prior to launch: Sales, Marketing, Operations and Pricing
• Establish new offerings by bundling different Portfolio Elements. Identify global trends and shape offerings according market needs with our clients
• Sales support for all portfolios, with a particular focus on Digital Solutions: ensure sales enablement for new solutions & offerings, facilitate first tenders, train on story-telling

Your qualifications

• Master level, preferred MBA or Engineering degree completed with business degree or certifications
• Business Owner / Entrepreneurial skills and mindset
• Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
• Minimum 2 years in Digital Payments related role at Issuer, Fintech, payment scheme or at a payment processor
• Experience in leading innovative digital technology company or start-up is also relevant
• Minimum 2 years of successful B2B Sales experience
• A passion for bringing Innovation to market
• Very good presentation skills and story-telling
• Perfect oral and written fluency in English. German is a plus
