Business Engagement Manager (It Business Partner)

Capture, identify, or receive demands from the various areas of the company for system projects, as well as global project demands, understanding the needs, verifying the specifications and necessary technological re-quirements, translating them into the appropriate IT solutions and directing them to the development of the projects, monitoring and ensuring their execution in accordance with the company's guidelines and methodol-ogies, aiming to meet internal customers in their processes with guaranteed quality, cost, and established deadlines.

Your responsibilities

• Demands: Receive global strategies and local demands, identifying the needs of the various areas and businesses, qualifying, prioritizing, and exposing project opportunities to customers, their implications, values involved and defini-tion of the appropriate IT solutions.
• Solutions: Partners with the Local Management to qualify and prioritize demand. Recommends delivery of business processes/projects supporting IS systems/projects to the Business Areas organization, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality.
• IS Delivery: Monitors delivery of IS solutions/service/support within Corporate and Business Areas
• Processes: Collaborates with Business Process Owners of the Business Areas to map business process demand to exist-ing or new IS solutions/services.
• IS Standards: Monitors that IS Standards and IS Guidelines are adhered to.
• Budget: Where relevant, manages assigned budget effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs.
• Stakeholder Management: Executes as single IS interface to Business Areas/Function/Country Management. Manages relationships with stakeholders to update status, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
• Incident, Change or Project: Informs/consults relevant IS colleagues on any change or project activities which may have a major impact on the others' areas of responsibility.
• Governance: Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACIS.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree: desirable in business or technology.
• Previous experience as internal consultant/Business Partner in companies serving different non-IT business.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge in Finance and Project Management.
• Fluent English is needed. Advanced spanish is desirable.
