As Business Analyst for Group Risk Solutions, you will be driving IT solutions in the area of credit risk management, compliance and ESG (Environmental Social Governance). You will be responsible for turning business' ideas into tangible concepts.

Together with our creative team you will play a vital role in feasibility studies, transformation and implementation projects.

• ​​​​​Prepare requirement specifications for technical implementations, investigate, and understand needs of our business partners
• Analyze new data requirements, create or enhance data-catalogues and specify Data Quality checks
• Investigate issues, present concise and easy to understand solutions
• Perform business process analysis to optimize existing ways of working

• ​​​​​Having several years of experience as a Business Analyst, who dares to challenge established business processes and the ability to see the big picture
• A track record in ideally multi-national software development projects
• Excellent analytical and process management skills - experience in the consulting industry beneficial
• Profound communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey solutions in a clear and understandable way
• Ability to write SQL queries and being familiar with data models in general
• Bringing efficiency and flexibility, ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks and respond to ad hoc requirements – but without losing priorities out of sight
• Being proactive and self-motivated without the ego to go with it
• Knowing that variety, changing trends, and constantly upgrading your skills is better than any alternative
