We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Remote Customer Meeting Point.
Your backpack could consist of:
• Proven work experience or academic degree (preferably Economics or MINT).
• Proficiency in English (German and other languages are a strong plus).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way.
• Strong collaboration & communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel).
• Interest/Knowledge in Finance & Accounting, business cases, and forecasting.
• Experience with PowerBI or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience with SQL.
• Organized, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.

In this role, you will support the Business Navigation & Operations Manager in securing performance, profitability and the financial frame of the Remote Customer Meeting Point:
• Support the Business Navigation & Operations Manager in securing performance, profitability, and the financial frame of the Remote Customer Meeting Point.
• Clear understanding of business goals, and priorities to follow through on commitments to achieve results in line with the IKEA vision and values.
• Identify problems and build a good stakeholder relationship to establish a problem-solving culture.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, and promote standardized reporting.
• Challenge existing processes and ways of working.
• Be an ambassador for global business information solutions and common tools and provide ad hoc reports when standard solutions are not available.
