YOUR CHALLENGE

• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs sämtlicher Elektro- und HLKKS-Anlagen
• Zuständig für die allgemeine Hauswartung inkl. kleinere Reparaturen und Störungsbehebungen sowie Kontrollaktivitäten
• Mitarbeit, Begleitung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten
• Erteilung, Begleitung und Koordination von Aufträgen an externe Vertragspartner
• Qualitätskontrolle und Überwachung aller Service- und Wartungsverträgen
• Umsetzung und Überwachung des bestehenden Entsorgungsmanagements
• Mithilfe von verschiedenen logistischen Arbeiten mittels Gabelstapler
• Arbeitszeiten: 6:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr im Schichtbetrieb

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre als Heizungs-, Sanitär-, Lüftungsinstallateur oder Elektromonteur mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Installationen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Unterhalt von Haustechnikanlagen (Ausführung von Service Arbeiten)
• Eidg. Fachausweis für Hauswarte oder die Bereitschaft diese Ausbildung zeitnah zu erwerben
• Fundiertes Fachwissen auf den Gebieten Heizung, Lüftung und Klima
• Basis Kenntnisse von Gebäudeleitsystemen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und von Vorteil gute Englischkenntnisse
• Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel und Outlook)
• Effiziente, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Integre, belastbare und diplomatische Persönlichkeit in guter körperlicher Verfassung
• Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
