Tasks
Support the PR team in developing and implementing PR strategies and campaigns.
Assist in creating press releases, reports, and other PR materials.
Conduct research and gather information for PR campaigns, market trends, and media opportunities. Maintain media lists and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep calendars, dynamic working documents and task trackers (editorial, events etc.)
Support relations with stakeholders, agencies, media, vendors etc.
Assist in organizing and execution of events, campaigns etc.
Coordinate samples and logistics for events, activations or other PR activities Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR metrics.
Assist in influencer relation management and content creation.
Provide administrative support and clerical duties to the PR department.
Profile
Fluent in both German and English.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in PR, communications, or media-related roles (preferably in the fashion and lifestyle segment).
First network of press representatives, opinion leaders in the fashion & lifestyle sector and knowing all the important content creators.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR and influencer management tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Pulsar, Hypeeditor) is a plus.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in PR campaigns.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
