Tasks

• Kaufmännische Führung von Projekten (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Inventarverrechnungen, Versicherungen, Garantien, Monatsabgrenzungen, etc.) in Abstimmung mit der kaufm. Gruppenleiterin
• Zusammenstellung von Angeboten
• Mitwirkung und Abklärung der kaufmännischen Rahmenbedingungen in der Akquisition sowie Verhandlung und vertragsrechtliche Prüfung von Aufträgen
• Unterstützung bei der Projektakquise
• Grundlegende kaufmännische Tätigkeiten, Rechnungswesen, allgemeine Korrespondenz sowie projekt- und sachbezogene Sonderaufgaben
• Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in Abstimmung mit der Gruppenleitung
• Aktive Unterstützung der Projektleiter:innen in der Ausführung
• Operative Personalverwaltungsaufgaben (Stunden- und Zulagenerfassung, Vertragserstellung, etc.)

Qualifications

• Eine erfolgreiche abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Position, von Vorteil in der Baubranche
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab
