Ensure a steady and predictable flow of vehicles from factory gate toloading lane and then truck to enable a quick departure of all shipments inaccordance to the distribution plan
Operational & tactical responsibility for planning and control ofshipments for Finished Vehicles
Creation of CMR documents and deviation management
Handle information requests from truck drivers and troubleshoot anyarising issues preventing shipments and provide upwards feedback to our truckdispatching analysts
Execute vehicle routing corrections to correct for plan variability suchas those from production and truck arrivals
Maintain an understanding of the key distribution priorities andidentify and report potential deviations to plan
Provide clear communication and coordination to all driving crews for atimely and smooth execution of all vehicle movements
Operate our Transport Management System (TMS) ensuring all informationis correctly updated at all times and all procedures are correctly followed
Administrative tasks around transportation such as for example, providinglegally required documentation, resolve accounting issues, etc.
Actively collaborate with our internal trucking fleet manager, our outboundteam and our central planning teams to ensure there is close alignment of goalsand a fast flow of information

Good communication skills in German & English - other easternEuropean languages (e.g. Polish, Lithuanian, Russian) a plus
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Logistics background preferred within a carrier / automotive ormanufacturing company
Ability to work in an international, dynamic team in a high pace enviroment
Driving License
Ability to work in shifts and requires occasional weekend and eveningswork on a scheduled basis
