What you will do

Productivity improvement of Assembly Engineering:

• Process and Layout improvement
• Facility and equipment study to improvement production capacity target
• Jig & fixture designing drawing and improvement

ECN management in assembly process

• Issue solving and maintain work instruction sheet
• Development and maintenance of production system
• Discuss with R&D and resolve issue

New Product Introduction

• Assembly process & equipment / facilities design
• Process document preparation
• Manage pilot production and issue follow up

Quality improvement

Other work assigned by supervisor

Job Summary

The main responsibilities are taking charge of assembly process, productivity and quality improvement in assembly line. He/she can get self-fulfilment & make a great contribution to company management through optimization of production line & production system.

Who are you?

Good computer skills, 3-D, 2-D CAD and Ms-office knowledge

Excellent problem solving ability in the process of production activities

Experience and knowledge on Component (Axle, transmission) assembly

Experience and knowledge on Lean & industry 4.0

Experience and knowledge on project management

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

Developed analytic ability and trouble shooter

Good communication skills

University or above, major in Engineering, Mechanical

Sound English skills both written and oral

Business oriented person with at least 5 years experience in heavy industry or Driveline industry

Experience in manufacturing engineering or R&D preferred
