Your position in our team
- Develop and implement integrated ideas and concepts
- Work in close coordination with the marketing team on a unified creative direction
- Be the contact person for our colleagues from other departments and key stakeholders, in all matters of creative services
- Bring understanding and experience in developing ideas and designing layouts according to corporate identity guidelines
- Creative ownership for corporate identities, websites, all classic advertising materials, digital
- Campaigns, sales documents, photo and film concepts and shoots, content
- Marketing projects, social media measures, trade fair and events and employer
- Branding concepts
- Establish a close collaboration and joint “customer perspective” with UX/UI
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing and/ or agency environment ideally as an Art Director or similar position
- College degree in visual design/communications design (BS/BA) preferred
- Experienced in Marketing or E-Commerce background
- Strong proficiency of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator and ideally experience with Adobe XD and Google Slides
- Experience with basic knowledge of video production and/or programming is a plus
- Enthusiasm for new things and interest in innovation, digital transformation and new technologies
- Drive to constantly improve all processes and tasks in your area and to work on them on your own initiative
- Team player: Be open for discussions, flexible and committed
- Very good English language skills (C1-C2), good German skills are a plus
