As the Area Sales Manager at Tesla, you are a seasoned, strategic, and charismatic retail leader, responsible for overseeing as well as driving sales and delivery operations across multiple locations in your region’s operating area within Dusseldorf, Germany.

• Set business strategy & performance: You will develop the strategy for growth in your area, contribute to decisions on our real estate footprint, take accountability for achieving ambitious sales and delivery targets, and ensure the business performs on key success criteria. • A strong people leader, with significant background managing multiple teams within Retail Sales and operations. You have experience leading and developing leaders and their teams. You engage, energize, and promote an inclusive team environment
  
• Knowledgeable performance management – you have in-depth knowledge of sales processes and leverage this to coach your teams. You are experienced in managing performance on a team and individual level
  
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with great understanding of your market area
  
• Operational and strategic in your leadership, while always remaining hands-on
  
• Experienced within change management, with the proven ability to lead and engage people through and beyond change
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language
  
• A valid Driver’s license (legally permitted to drive in Germany)
