Your Challenge
- Global Support of our SAP HCM system incl. interfaces.
- Participation in the definition, improvement and development of global standards for SAP HCM in close coordination with the specialist departments.
- Responsible for first level support, processing tickets, conducting training sessions and creating documentation.
- Implementing new developments and improvements to application standards after approval by the Application Owner - in cooperation with external consultants.
- Leading the implementation and testing of SAP Notes & Support Packages as well as coordinating the transport management.
Your profile
- Experience in supporting and coordinating IT processes in HCM.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, including authority management and interface management.
- Experience in project management and lateral leadership at a global level.
- Strong communication skills and experience in organizing and delivering training.

The gross annual salary for this position is approximately EUR 77,500 including variable bonus components and additional monetary benefits.
